Thank you for your interest in seeking advice from Advent Legal in relation to the drafting of your will.

To allow us to better understand your requests and requirements, please fill in the intake form as completely as you can, and upload the following:

  • 2 copies of ID (both sides) for yourself and your spouse (if applicable). One piece of ID must be Canadian/Federal or Provincial government-issued photo identification such as a driver’s licence or passport.  Unfortunately, a health card is not acceptable identification;
  • A copy of any previous will(s).
