Property Sale Intake Form

Congratulations on your upcoming property sale!

Please note that at this time, Advent Legal has not been retained to represent you generally or in connection with any other matter.

In order to assess you upcoming sale, please fill in the intake form below and upload the following:

  • 2 copies of ID (both sides) for each individual on title. One piece of ID must be Canadian/Federal or Provincial government-issued photo identification such as a driver’s licence or passport. Unfortunately, a health card is not acceptable identification;
  • A copy of your Agreement of Purchase and Sale,
  • A copy of your property tax bill for the current year and proof of payment;
  • A copy of your mortgage statement for any charges/mortgages currently on the property; and
  • Confirmation of your current condominium expenses (if your property is a condominium).
